What Every Inspection Includes

Each scheduled visit is a structured, documented inspection of your property.

Every visit includes:

Exterior walk-through of structure, roofline, gutters, siding, and grounds
Inspection of doors, windows, and entry points
Interior check for leaks, moisture, unusual odors, or visible damage
HVAC system and thermostat review
Plumbing checks, including sinks, toilets, water heater, and visible piping
Electrical panel and detector verification (smoke & carbon monoxide)
Security check of alarm systems, cameras, and access points

After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed photo-documented report outlining the condition of your home and noting any concerns.
